Special orders are quoted rather than listed, because the price depends on how much you need, where it is going and how often you want it. Tell us roughly the quantity and what it is for, and someone from The Cinnamon Estate will get in touch.
The same powder we grind in small batches, in the quantities a kitchen actually gets through. Ground from our own quills rather than blended with cinnamon from anywhere else, so a repeat order can be matched back to the same farms.
We quote each special order rather than list a price. Tell us roughly how much, where it is going and how often you want it, and we will come back with a price and a delivery time. Large orders can be split into smaller bags on request.

Is this true Ceylon cinnamon?
Yes. Everything we sell is true Ceylon cinnamon, Cinnamomum verum, grown and hand-rolled on our family estate in Sri Lanka.
What is the difference between Ceylon cinnamon and cassia?
Ceylon cinnamon is the true cinnamon. It is sweeter and more delicate, and naturally lower in coumarin than the cassia sold as cinnamon in most supermarkets.
Do you ship worldwide?
Our cinnamon sticks, powder and cinnamon sugar ship worldwide, from our estate in Sri Lanka or our base in Australia depending on stock and delivery speed. Our essential oils are the exception: we post those within Australia only and do not send them overseas. You can order on our site or on Etsy.
